Another representative from Wanganui was the Stoddard-Hamilton SH-2 Glasair TD ZK-JDL (c/n AACA/1067). Another aircraft that uses its owners, John D Luff, initials as its registration letters. This was first registered on 31-01-1990.
Back at Wanaka for a few days as part of the aerial top dressing display team was the PAC Cresco 750 ZK-OAS (c/n 033) from Otago Airspread Ltd. This had previously operated from Wanaka as ZK-ROK2 with Tandem Skydive Wanaka Ltd from 29-08-2002. It transferred to Otago Airspread of Taieri on 29-11-2010 and was re-registered to ZK-OAS on 01-12-2010.
A couple of Vans RV-4's were noted.
The local ZK-RGD (c/n 263) appeared on the register on 29-07-2011 with Greg and M Doran of Queenstown.
Below is RV-4 ZK-RVV (c/n 1035) as listed with the Tauranga Aeroplane Company. It was built in the US appearing as N938BC in June of 1989 and came to NZ to be registered here on 14-02-2003.
