Sikorsky S-76A ZK-ISJ

The Northland Emergency Trust Services Inc Sikorsky S-76A ZK-ISJ (c/n 760012) dropped in to a private property on Kerikeri Inlet yesterday (04-12-2012) on an emergency call, then flew to Whangarei Hospital. As captured by Jean210.
This S-76 began life as N4237S with United Technologies Corporation before joining the Jordanian Air Force in August 1979 as "Able 1". It was returned to UTC in March of 1987, taking up its old N4237S registration. Then followed a brief period as VH-JQI with PMA Services between November 1989 and late December before it reverted once again back to N4237S on 25-01-1990. It then moved to Mexico for another short spell as XB-RXV, returning back to N4237S in August of 1991 with Air Siesta Inc. From 16-10-1991 Dick Smith of Sydney took charge - re-registering it as VH-CFH on 14-08-1995 under the Dick Smith Adventures Pty Ltd name. It ferried into NZ via Lord Howe and Norfolk Islands, reaching Whangarei on 21-08-1997 to become ZK-ISJ initially with the Order of St John - Auckland Regional Trust Board on 03-09-1997 and then with the Northland Emergency Services Trust inc from 08-10-1997
