A recent vacation at Pauanui presented the opportunity to catch up with a number of aircraft. The first one I'll mention is Ralph Saxe's Yak 52 Tailwheel
ZK-YTW. It was the first time I had caught up with this interesting machine visiting from its Palmerston North home. It replaced a DHC1 Chipmunk ZK-SAX in the latter part of last year.
