I have been advised that the re-registered Zlin Savage Cub ZK-ZAX had its first post restoration flight from Tauranga Airport today:
ZK-ZAX (c/n 035) was registered to Q B Brears of Tauranga on 5/11/19 as a re-registration by CAA. It is named Manu Kowhai.
However the aircraft (c/n 035) was previously registered ZK-ZAC2 as seen here, also at Tauranga, at the 2006 SAANZ flyin. It was cancelled from the register as revoked, on 28/3/12.
