1992 BAe Jetstream 32 VH-OTR arrived at Wellington after dark on 05 May from Bankstown via Sydney and Norfolk Island on delivery to Vincent Aviation with reports the aircraft will be registered ZK-LFW (Life Flight Wellington) and replace Jetstream 31 ZK-JSH currently employed in the role as air ambulance.
Four other Jetstream 32's are on the NZ register, ZK-ECI, ECJ and ECR are registered to Airwork Flight Operations and ZK-ECP remains registered to Air National. Jetstream 31's ZK-JSA and ZK-JSI have languished at Nelson since the collapse of Origin Pacific but have recently been purchased by Air NZ for use as instructional airframes.
