Ashburton Aviation Museum Fly-in 06-05-2012

Today there was a fly-in at Ashburton organised by the Ashburton Aviation Museum .Our roving photographer Allan Bowman got uplifted from Rangiora by Les Eade in his Rans S6 ZK-LVE and has sent in the following selection of pics.
Chris Rudge casting the evil eye from the cockpit of his Grumman G-164A AgCat ZK-CAT2 (c/n 1418). This is based on the Pukaki strip during the summer and winters over at Ashburton.
The Cessna 150A ZK-BPO (c/n 17688) listed to the Taylor Ruck Syndicate was down from Rangiora.
The three De Havilland DHC-1 Chipmunks. ZK-CPY2 (c/n C1-0398) with ZK-XUK and ZK-ARL beyond.
Another Rangiora based aircraft is this Cessna A185F ZK-DSO (c/n 02282) listed with D F and J A Ward.
A first hop today for the Airborne Aeroplanes Fokker D-VII Replica ZK-FKR2 (c/n NZ101) in the very experienced hands of Evan Belworthy.
