The Tiger Club North Cape to Bluff Vintage Rally stopped off at Kaipara Flats airfield for lunch today. There was quite a bit of local interest from the aircraft community and altogether 24 aircraft turned up for the lunch with more than 60 people enjoying the BBQ put on by the Northern Aviators Club in the Rodney Aero Club hangar.

Carbon Cub ZK-FXC3 is a modern take on a vintage design.
The support plane was the Warbirds Beaver ZK-CKH.
And Keith Skilling was also providing support in his C 180 ZK-AMK2.
Apart from AUD, the above contingent stopped for lunch at Classic Flyers, Tauranga Airport today and also had a look at John Pheasant's Jackeroo ZK-PHZ before continuing to Opotiki
