Another enthusiast with his camera out last Sunday was Tim Gorman who captured the American Champion 8KCAB Decathlon ZK-DCL2 flying past:
ZK-DCL2 (c/n 1087-2009) was first registered to the Kapiti Districts Aero Club of Paraparaumu on 22/5/09 and it has not appeared on this blog previously. The Aero Club sold it on 28/3/11 and it is now registered to a Private Owner. I suspect that it is still based in the Kapiti area.
Lives at the Otaki strip, where it was also based during it's time with Aero Club!
