Another new aircraft to me at the North Shore Aero Club/Northern Microlight Club flyin at North Shore today was the John Black Skyline Cruiser ZK-VOK. This was first registered to John Black of Ngaruawahia on 13/2/04, and has recently been bought by Richard Jowsey of North Shore.
The Skyline Cruiser is a 2 seat Bantam that has been modified with an enclosed canopy. It is another aircraft to wear the silver fern.
And as can be seen from the photos, it is a flying vodka billboard. I guess that is also where the registration ZK-VOK comes from?
