As we are on a bit of a helicopter theme, here are a few photos of HNZ New Zealand Ltd's Agusta AW 139 ZK-HNZ4 that I took at New Plymouth back on 4/11/19:
As I arrived the big helicopter was flying what looked like a a standard pattern of downwind, crosswind and then touchdown at low speed well down the runway.
And being marshalled to park on the spot, after which it was just like a small airline operation with passengers and suitcases being offloaded followed by reloading and reboarding for the next trip out to the offshore rig.
