My week of it.

To dodge the wintery east coast weather we though to try the west coast instead.

First stop was at Mossburn where we found the FU24-550GT Crusader ZK-DDX c/n 160 in the back of the hangar. It has been listed with Southern Aviation Ltd since April of 2021.

Just arrived back from a job was the Fletcher FU24-950 ZK-DLQ c/n 181 which has served Southern Aviation since October 2013.

Pulling into Haast on the 7th the Hughes 369D ZK-HVT c/n 1090586D of Fox Franz Heliservices Ltd was being pre-flighted.

Over on the airstrip the Cessna 177B Cardinal ZK-DDK c/n 17701862 of the Beattie's of Dunedin was on the tie downs.

And the Piper PA-28-181 Archer II ZK-FWS c/n 28-8390056 was in the colour scheme of Otago Airspread Ltd.

Over behind the motel the John Butterfield Bell 505 JetRanger X ZK-IJB c/n 65087 had just returned from the south. John has had this since mid-2018.
