I came across this photo of Rans S 6ES ZK-KIX on the internet, and noted that it has changed a lot from when I last saw it. I have previously posted on this aircraft as ZK-ABE2/ZK-KIX in its previous tri-gear configuration as part of my series on Rans S 6s of New Zealand at https://nzcivair.blogspot.com/2014/07/rans-s-6s-of-new-zealand-5-2009-2011.html
I understand that ZK-KIX was refurbished by Cliff Johnston of Hastings and as can be seen above it has been reconfigured as a taildragger. Ownership changed to the Valentine Family Trust of Hastings on 29/6/18.
