While we were at Ardmore yesterday, Peter Fahey pushed the Isaacs Fury ZK-DMN out of the Taildragger Classics hangar and started it up for a flight.
The neat thing was that to get ZK-DMN out, he had to push out two other recently registered aircraft: Piper PA 18-150 Cub ZK-BKD2 of the BKD Syndicate of Auckland.
And Piper PA 22-135 Pacer ZK-PAL3 of Ardmore Taildraggers Ltd.
It still looks great 39 years after Barry Thompson built it.
