Added to our register on 17-08-2017 was this Bell 206B JetRanger III ZK-HOD6 (c/n 3396) for the MacIntyre Family Trust of Tauranga.
Below is what the NZ Aviation News Magazine said about it.
As N2140X this JetRanger was listed to R J Smelley of Fort Worth Texas by October
1981 and then to Udo Haueler of Austin Texas by January 1986.
In March 1987 it
popped up on the Japanese register as JA9475 with Wataru Construction at
Kawagoe.

After a couple more owners it returned to the States to become N796M
on 28-08-2006 for Noevir Aviation Inc at Montvale New Jersey who quickly moved
it on to Lady Alice Corporation at Wilmington Delaware as N206LA from
13-10-2006.
Its final US listing was Juliet Sierra Juliet LLC at Wilmington from
30-05-2012.
The earlier ZK-HOD’s were a Hughes 269C, followed by four Robinson
R22 Beta’s
