Christchurch circuit Sunday morning.

Another Singapore Airline Cargo Boeing 747-412F was on site this morning.
9V-SFG is c/n 26558 which first flew back on 26-08-1998.
By the time I post this it will be half way to Guam.
A regular is the Air Freight General Dynamics Allison Convair 440/580 ZK-KFL c/n 372.
Parked in the usual daytime parking spot near NZ Post.
On the Aero Club side of the airfield was the Canterbury Aviation Cessna 180K ZK-JCW (c/n 53100) awaiting passengers for a run to "The Coast".
This has the P-Ponk O-470-50 engine fitted.
(ie a 520 with low compression pistons and  carburettor. The -50 infers a 50 cubic inch increase in capacity).
The two Soviet Star L-29's ZK-VAU and ZK-SSU are in the near background, with the Convair ZK-KFL in the far distance.
A stray was the Cessna 172S ZK-JQA2 c/n 172S8703 of Edward Gordon of Marton.
Originally a Quantum machine from mid 2010.
