Unrecognised PA-31

Spied departing Christchurch today was this PA-31 in a scheme that I do not recognise.
Should I bet a chocky fish on it being a new scheme for WSB ?



It has been confirmed by Anonymous that this is Air West Coast's ZK-VIP.

    Yes VIP has been in that scheme since around May 2009 I think
