Zac went down to Hood Aerodrome at Masterton on Saturday the 27th to watch the TVAL pilots training session.
Unfortunately the weather didn't co-operate and the fleet remained inside.
Sunday was much better with 39 sorties flown!
Tigers ZK-ANL c/n 82512 as listed with R J & P A Wylie Partnership and ZK-BEW c/n 84771 of the Irish Air Transport Company had passengers lined up for rides but were also waiting on the wind and turbulence to die down.
North American NA-88 Harvard IIA ZK-END c/n 88-17004 has been with the Kapiti Warbirds Ltd since September of 2017.
The Piper PA-28-140F Cherokee ZK-DGN c/n 28-7325003 was shipped to NZ and delivered to the Wellington Aero Club in January 1973. It has been listed with the DGN Syndicate of Wyndham since March of 2018.
The local Super Air Ltd Pacific Aerospace Cresco is ZK-JOF c/n 032.
