On the 6th and 7th of November I had the pleasure of checking out Nelson Airport.
Below we see some of the single engine aircraft.
A non work day for the NZAI Fletcher FU24-950 (550GT Crusader) ZK-DDX (c/n 160 of Ravensdown Aerowork.
DDX has been covered previously at :- Previous ddx posts
Cessna 172 ZK-DFI is c/n 17260172 and is listed with Black Robins Airlines of Wellington.
It is certainly not making a lot of money sitting here.
Looking like it may well be weather bound was the Piper PA-28-161 ZK-DXI (c/n 28-8016132) of the North Shore Aero Club Inc.
And certainly earthbound for the moment was the Cessna A152 Aerobat ZK-ELC (c/n A1520787) of NZICPA of Feilding.
Weather bound from Paraparaumu was the Cessna 172S ZK-KAL (c/n 172S10305) from the Kapiti District Aero Club (Inc).
Previous history HERE
Another Cessna 172S was ZK-NAV (c/n 172S10101) from the Nelson Aviation College.
And a quick long shot of the Vans RV 12 UL ZK-TFP (c/n 120594) just pushed out from The Copter Shop hangar with a young falla seemingly undergoing some tuition.
And a twin that tried to sneak in through the gloom while my back was turned.
Garden City Helicopters Beech C90A ZK-FDN (c/n LJ-1606) from the Garden City Helicopter fleet - just returning from a medical run to Wellington and Blenheim.
