In the middle of the import of P 92 Echo Super models in early 1993, a P 92 JS model was registered. This looks the same as an Echo Super but was a fully certified version with a higher empty weight.
ZK-TJS (c.n 024 - Tecnam started a new c/n series for each of their new models) was registered to Giovanni Nustrini of Papakura on 11/2/03. On 1/5/03 ownership changed to Ardmore Aviation Services ltd and then on 9/6/04 it transferred to Auckland Flight Training Ltd, also of Ardmore and then back to Ardmore Aviation Services on 5/12/08. The next owners were Cliff and CJ Bellingham of Pukekohe on 8/7/09 and it was re-designated as a P 92-JS-UL on 28/7/09. Then it went to the Kaitaia Aero Club on 12/4/12 as in the above photo and they operated it for around 6 years.
