Although all eyes were rightly on the Mosquito yesterday, there were other examples of de Havilland's aircraft around at Ardmore yesterday:
Jan and Jerry Chisum's DH 60G Gipsy Moth ZK-ADT was having some engine work done at Aero Technology's hangar.
Phil Welcome's sometime Ardmore based DH 82A Tiger Moth ZK-BJQ flew in from Whitianga.
Simon Spencer-Bower's DHC 1 Chipmunk ZK-DUC was outside Aero Techology's hangar, a long way from home.
And I couldn't resist posting another photo of DH 98 TIII Mosquito ZK-FHC2 to complete the family line up.
Actually, Stan and Gilly Smith's DH 83C Fox Moth ZK-APT also arrived in the afternoon, but I didn't get a photo of it. A great day for de Havilland afficionados!
