Omaka visitors # 3

The following were noted at Omaka over the weekend.
The Cessna 172N Skyhawk II ZK-EOS (c/n 17272633) has served faithfully with the Hawera Aero Club since delivered from the NZ Cessna agents Dalhoff & King Aviation Ltd in 1980.
A 1987 import was this Maule M-5-210C Strata Rocket ZK-FNG (c/n 6033C). It has been with Jon Rutherford of North Canterbury since February of 2006.
The Cessna 180 ZK-KMK (c/n 32470) is of 1956 vintage and served in Norway, Sweden and the UK before reaching NZ in 2008. Current owner is Matahui Airlines Ltd - another way of saying Keith Skilling.
The Remote Adventures Cessna 185A ZK-MIT (c/n 185-0504) was over from Takaka.
This started out as ZK-CCL in 1962 followed by a brief spell as ZK-CTN, then to ZK-CVF followed by ZK-SOW. Mit Brereton re-registered it as ZK-MIT in December 2012.
James Evans was down from Whitianga again in his MBB Bolkow BO209 Monsun ZK-MON (c/n 168).
