Allan has been going thru some old magazines and found the following in the July 1960 issue of the Air Pictorial Magazine.
Only two were produced.
ZK-BPV , c/n BA-001 , first registered on 26-11-1959 to Bennett Aviation Ltd of Te Kuiti. A name change had them become Waitomo Aircraft Ltd. It was operated by Northern Air Service Ltd until a crash on 08-10-1963 at Ngapaenga. The aircraft remains I believe went to MoTaT.
ZK-BPV at Te Kuiti dated January 1964 (but it crashed in October 1963) |
ZK-CKE. Photo from W G Little. I believe at New Plymouth. |
ZK-CKE at Te Kuiti on 31-01-1967 |
We had an earlier bog on ZK-BPV. See:-
