A possible first for NZ at Ardmore today 19-12-1




In what maybe, I believe a first for this country an aircraft lift has been installed in a hanger at Ardmore.
As can be seen in these photos Cessna 206H ZK-VZM msn 20608287 registered to Miplane Services of Manukau City is on the lift and is above Cessna R182 ZK-LAB msn R18201089 registered to Ryan Place Ltd of Orakei Auckland. This will allow a third Cessna to be housed in the same hanger. The lift with modifications is worth $20,000.

    I think there is one in Rangiora, I have seen one somewhere... Pretty sure it was on this blog....

    Yep been one at Fernside (Rangiora) for several years.

    There's been one in Classic Flights hanger at Wanaka for around 18 months.
