The main attraction at Oamaru these days is the resident Fletcher FU24-550GT Crusader
ZK-DDX , c/n 160 . It started life as a FU24-950 working with Cookson Airspread. It was withdrawn from use in December 1986 and cancelled in December of 1990. Flight Care at Napier rebuilt and registered it on 21-12-2005 with an extended fuselage, fin fillet and P&W PT6A-15AG engine. It first flew in this configuration on 07-06-2006 and was registered to Wanganui Aero Work (2004) Ltd on 02-01-07. It has been Oamaru based for some months now (first spied there mid October) and was listed to Aerial Sowing Ltd on 02-02-09.
ZK-EWC looks like a Beaver to me.
