104 years ago today, at 11.11 am (in France) on the eleventh day of the eleventh month of 1918 the Armistice was signed by the Allies and Germany to end all fighting on land and sea and in the air in WW 1. We are fortunate to have an original WW 1 example of the Bristol Fighter flying in New Zealand as a link back to that time.
The 2 seat Bristol F 2B Fighter D8084 is airworthy with The Vintage Aviator collection at Masterton.
It is registered as ZK-BRI2 (c/n 7434) and was originally registered G-ACAA after WW 1
