A Rangiora snap Saturday the 6th.

Sneaking in under the altocumulus wave was the Forest Field based Cessna A185F ZK-NWH of Phillip Seale. This aircraft has been blogged previously at :-
A recent addition to the aircraft based at NZRT is this Vans RV-4 ZK-JRX (c/n 1320) now with Jordan Vanderlem. This one has also featured on these pages previously.
This very interesting, near ultimate river bed machine, is the Zenair CH701 STOL ZK-LSB (c/n 6089) of Stu Bufton. Note also the additional undercarriage bracing up to the bottom of the firewall.
From memory  the mains are 29 inch.
The Cessna TU206F Turbo Stationair ZK-OAY (c/n U20602397) of Peter Burn did its fair share of circuit bashing today. The "OAY" letters are a left over from its South African days, where it had been registered as ZS-OAY.
