Whenuapai Today
Thorpe ZK-EDF returned to Whenuapai today. Previously based there with Kevin Foster, it moved south a few years ago when Kevin relocated to Motueka.
The Thorpe has now been sold to a North Shore syndicate, and was active at Whenuapai today with Colin Grounsell conducting type ratings for the syndicate members.
Meanwhile the remains of the dismantled PA44-180 Seminole ZK-MBV rests in the hangar awaiting shipment off to Australia.
