NZ's newest Piper PA44-180 Seminole touched down at Auckland a little before 2pm 03 July on its delivery flight from Australia to Nelson. ZK-NNN was placed on the ZK register on 28 June with Woodland Services of Nelson and was noted flying from Melbourne's Moorabbin airport to Sydney 01 July then to Lord Howe and Norfolk Islands 02 July.
Ex N6096B, this PA44 has spent much of its life as a demonstrator and apparently suffered an incident in recent times requiring a degree of maintenance which appears to have been carried out in Victoria, Australia.
ZK-NNN moves the Seminole population to 6 with CTC Aviation of Hamilton operating three (MBP/MBT/MBV) and two in private hands (MBM/MBO).
