Last Sunday I was at Nadi airport waiting for our Air NZ flight back to Auckland. There wasn't much of a New Zealand Civil Aircraft connection (apart from the aforesaid Air NZ A 320).
But PAC 750XL VQ-KBP (c/n 178) is ex ZK-KBP which was cancelled from the NZ Register on 16/12/11. It was posted on this blog 6 weeks ago in the colours of Island Hoppers but now wears a Robinson Fiji logo on the tail.
Then there were a couple of Otters - Pacific Island AIR's turbine Otter DQ-SEA,
and Twin Otter DQ-OMO arrived from the Kokomo Yaukuve private island resort. A spectacular aircraft and surprisingly big. Another amphibian Twin Otter N153QS was in a hangar.
