Sir Tim Wallis's Final Flight, Wanaka 28-10-2023

 

Sir Tim Wallis's plain pine coffin, in the back of Alpine Helicopters Hughes 500D ZK-HOT8, lifts off at Wanaka for the final time following his memorial service, on his way to be cremated.  Accompanying him on his last flight were his widow, Lady Prue and his two sons Toby and Jonathan.  After a flypast the helicopter climbed away vertically into the sky....
