Above is the Fletcher FU-24 950 ZK-DUJ (c/n 196) of Super Air Ltd. It has spent much of its life based in Masterton. It was converted to Walter M601-D turbine power in November of 1999.
Above is the PAC Cresco 08-600 (or should that be 08-750 ?) ZK-EEL2 (c/n 018) of Wanganui Aero Work (2004) Ltd. This is powered with a Pratt and Whitney PT6A-34AG engine.Helipro Aviation Training had the Cessna 172N Skyhawk ZK-ELF (c/n 172N-70851) on site. They also had the Robinson R22 ZK-HEY thrashing the air there.
Allan Jones was out tinkering with the engine (65hp Great Plains) of his Thatcher CX4 ZK-TCX (c/n 178)
The Cresco is known under ICAO as the 08-600, although it does have the 750hp PW -34
