I remember when !

At the start of the spray season the gear would be tested after re-fitting - by irrigating the airfield.
Thanks to CMM for this fine pic of Piper PA36-300 Pawnee Brave ZK-EIA (c/n 36-7760009). It spent about five years with Airwork (NZ) Ltd before a brief lease to Pask Air Service and about a year with M T Herbert of Napier in 1983. It was then listed to Kairanga Aviation Ltd on 05-07-1984 and departed our shores from Kaitaia on 08-10-1984. It is still currently active with Field Air at Ballarat in Victoria as VH-FEX.
