Homebuilt and Sport Helicopters of New Zealand - Elisport CH 7 Angel - Addendum

Back in September 2022 I posted about our sole Elisport CH 7 Angel ultralight helicopter that had a short and unhappy life.  This post can be seen HERE  In that post I asked if anyone had photos of it in either of its incarnations ZK-HOC2 or ZK-HOU3.  and a photo of ZK-HOC2 has surfaced:

I think this photo of ZK-HOC2 was taken at the old Heletranz base at North Shore and the date is noted as mid 1995, which is before it was registred.  The guy could be R I W Simpson, the owner of helicopter.  Can anyone confirm?
