New arrival for Texel at Auckland

The photo below from Wayne Grant shows the Boeing 737-86N (BCF) 2-BPDA c/n 36804 landing at Auckland direct from Denpasar on 01-03-2025.

First flying on 05-08-2010 it went on lease to Garuda Indonesia as PK-GFE and was delivered on 20-08-2010.

It was withdrawn from use on 27-04-2021, returned to the leasee and stored briefly at Tainan in Taiwan with the registration of M-ABOL before going to Jinan in China for freighter conversion.

It became 2-BPDA in early 2022 on lease to World Cargo Airlines off Malaysia. 

Below we see it taxying out for its run down to Hamilton for its NZ certification as ZK-TXF.
