The MD Helicopters 369E ZK-HTZ4 c/n 0352E was first noted as P2-PAI in PNG in 1989, moving down to Australia to become VH-WHC2 in January 1998, with a change to VH-NPH in mid-1999. It arrived in NZ in May last year to become ZK-HYZ and was listed to its current operator - Eastland Heliservices Ltd from 16-10-2023.
It was previously noted at the Great Hanmer 500 fly-in earlier this year. See Here
The Bell 206B JetRanger II ZK-IIK is c/n 1817 which places it back to 1975 as N597MC followed by N49648 from 1976 and N340EB from early 1998.
Then time in Australia as VH-STE2 from 20-02-2008.
It was listed to Aviation Training 2017 Ltd of Tauranga on 14-02-2018 and carries small Adventure Helicopter titles above the cabin.
