An interesting arriving into Christchurch International Airport this afternoon, 07-01-2026, was the Airbus A330-243 P4-MLO c/n 451.
This large aircraft first flew as F-WWKE on 09-01-2002 for the manufacturers Airbus Industries of Toulouse, France.
It was delivered to Emirates, on lease, as A6-EAJ on 29-01-2002 and served until being withdrawn and stored at Tarbes-Lourdes-Pyrenees Airport (LDE) on 25-01-2014. Sometime during 2014 it became F-WJKG with Airbus Financial Services followed with a re-registration to 9H-CLX for Comlux Malta and was ferried to Indianapolis International Airport (IND) on 22-07-2015 for VIP cabin outfitting.
Another re-registration occurred in May of 2019 to P4-MLO with Comlux Aruba.
