Emirates A 380 A6-EVS Arrival into NZAA Today 7-3-2024

Thanks (?) to Air New Zealand our Auckland to Sydney flight was put back from 11 am to 4 pm so we have a late checkout from our hotel.  And Flightradar24 lets us know what is inbound which included the daily Emirates A 380 direct from Dubai.  

Auckland International Airport seems like a big construction site, as in this view from our window of what I am told is the new transport hub, with what looks like an Aztec temple in and out ramp.

Soon the Emirates A 380 appeared below the construction crane.

Rolling off the runway with a Qatar Airbus A 350-100 and a United Boeing Dreamliner in the frame.

The A 380 was A6-EVS which was the last one ever made.
