Des Lines at Swannanoa made full use of yesterdays (Saturday 11-07-2020) magic weather to take his de Havilland DH82A ZK-BCO for an outing.
With the c/n 83420 it did some time with the Royal Air Force from 1940 as T5699.
It entered the UK civil register as G-AMTT on 22-07-1952 with Mike Spence until sold on 19-02-1953 to NZ where it became ZK-BCO with the Auckland Aero Club with its CofA being issued on 24-07-1953.
It was listed to the BCO Syndicate of Swannanoa on 01-05-2006.
