An Interesting Hangarful at Whangarei on 6-08-2023

Steve Gwilliam greeted me when I taxied in at Whangarei yesterday.  His RV 3 was outside and he opened up his hangar where there are a lot of nice sport aircraft.  He was happy for me to take photos:

Vans RV 8 ZK-ATE2 is owned by the SGM Syndicate of Whangarei 

Pitts S1 Special ZK-JFD2 is in the process of changing ownership and is now owned in the North.

And it was great to see another VW powered aircraft, Druine Turbulent ZK-CWE which is owned by an Auckland owner, but hasn't flown much recently.

While Steve's very nice Vans RV 3 ZK-WHO was parked outside.
