Some South Is Helicopters

Tripping around the South Is in the last few days trying to avoid the rain a number of helicopter changes were noted starting with The Helicopter Line AS350B2 ZK-IDM lifting off from the Glentanner helipad.  This was imported from Germany in 2005 and acquired by The Helicopter Line in 2015.

Up at Rangiora Hurunui Helicopters' R44 II ZK-IJT was receiving attention having been repainted from its previous all black scheme.   This was imported new in 2003 as ZK-IMP,  becoming IJT in 2012.

And at Omaka was Marlborough Helicopters' latest acquisition, AS350B2 ZK-IMJ2.   This was imported from Australia in 2014 and operated by Precision Helicopters until 2022.
