A couple of recently arrived helicopters have made their way on the NZ CAA register.
MBB BO-105 CBS-4
ZK-HAX c/n S888 was registered to Oceania on 05 August and was noted flying on 11 August. It is one of four BO-105's to have arrived from the Middle East and were first noted on 30 June :

Only one other BO-105 is current on the NZ register, this being
ZK-HYT with Rick Lucas Helicopters and carries the c/n S824. Interestingly, it arrived in the country and this time last year.

The first Bell 427 in New Zealand came onto the register as
ZK-HVN with Auckland's Helilink on 29 July.

Interesting choice of aircraft. Must have been a steal, why else would you buy one when the 429 offers so much more..
