Progressive Aerodyne Searey ZK-SWM

I was at Tauranga last Saturday and called into the Solo Wings maintenance hangar and chatted to Colin Alexander.  One of the first things that I saw was that the Searey N415TA had the registration removed and Colin told me that it was going to be registered on the new Zealand Civil register.

Today it was registered with the appropriate registration of ZK-SWM.

From Robert Ridge

The Nelson Lakes Gliding Club operate out of the Lake Station strip near St Arnaud and often use the nearby Robert Ridge, which overlooks the village of St Arnaud and Lake Rotoiti, as a nursery ridge.

The Club operates the Rolladen-Schneider LS4a ZK-GCX (c/n 4482) which was imported by Gerry O'Neil for the Club back in 2012.
Below we see the Club trolley Grob G-103 Twin II ZK-GMZ (c/n 3673) trucking along the ridge.
