Grounded octet. Christchurch 03-10-2024.

Eight aircraft from Air Hawkes Bay Ltd of Hastings have been pottering about in the South Island for several days.
The Cessna 172S ZK-JSD departed Hasting for Nelson followed by visits to Blenheim, back to Nelson, then to Ashburton, Timaru, the Mount Cook area then to Omarama. Then over to Wanaka and into Christchurch yesterday.
I assume the others did similar.
They are weather bound at Christchurch today 03-10-2024.

The line up above and below - from right to left - includes the Cessna 172S ZK-JSD, four Piper PA-38 Tomahawks ZK-JVC, ZK-FTQ, ZK-EIR and ZK-JBX, plus the Cessna 172R ZK-JMR.

The two Cessna 152's ZK-TUT and ZK-NPK complete the group.
