Another Rangiora visitor was Kevin Dore in his Alpi Pioneer 200 Hawk ZK-KPD (c/n 249-09).
Trailer in was the Airborne Windsports Edge 582 ZK-JHU (c/n 581-411B) of Alex Bojilov of Christchurch. Conditions prevent it from being assembled and flown.
First arrival on Saturday morning was the Akrotech G200 ZK-LGT (c/n 9706-9) of Russell Bell of Wellington. It did several aerobatic procedures during the day and departed on Sunday for home with a fuel stop at Ashburton.
In briefly from just down the road was the Rans S-6S Coyote II ZK-MOL (c/n 02041548) 'ridge back' of Warren Baxter and Elizabeth Scott.
These four have all been mentioned previously.
Thanks for the post Blue Bus . In my younger days I would have been there .
ReplyDeleteNo worries allan.
ReplyDeleteThose younger days have also long gone for me.
It's really neat to be able to park the bus withing 25 feet of the aircraft and wander around among like minded enthusiasts. 'JohnyFalcon' from another blog site made the long voyage and I noted several other CHCH 'spotters' on site.
