Question time # 146 re-visited
We have not made much progress with this Question Time to date. Sir Minty is on track with his suggestion that the first clue (above) was a propeller from a motorised glider.
This second view should clinch the deal real quick.

It's maybe not built to lift a human this machine..some sort of electic model glider with a foldie prop is my thinking.
