More from the Hughes helicopter fly in Hanmer 15-02-2025.

 Here we have three more Hughes helicopters noted at the Hanmer fly in on 15-02-2025.
Hughes 369B ZK-HDZ2 c/n 51-0959D of Fox Franz Heliservices.

It first raised its rotor head for the Hughes Helicopter Inc of Culver City, California as N1101U in October of 1981 and went to Cardiac Systems Inc of Ellerbe, North Carolina in 1982.
Cancelled in September of 1985 it became ZK-HDZ2 on 07-10-1985 for Helicopter Se
Its Kiwi registration was cancelled on 26-05-1986 for it to become P2-IHB with Island Helicopter Serviced Ltd at Rabaul.
On its return to NZ it took up its old ZK-HDZ2 registration on 31-07-1990 with Waimana Helicopters Ltd with a move to Amuri Helicopters Ltd at Waikari from 28-09-1994.
Damaged near Cheviot on 16-01-2004 it was ultimately repaired and was taken on by James Scott at Fox Glacier from 02-10-2007 and has traded under James as Alpine Adventures and Fox Franz Heliservices Ltd.

Cloudy Bay Helicopter's Sweitzer 269C ZK-HIMpopped down from Riverlands.

Built as N7505Z and used by the City of Baltimore from late 1987 until it briefly became ZK-HHU2 on 04-03-1993 with Flightline Aviation Ltd (Mosgiel) before being shunted off to Australia to become VH-CAG3 for Diamond Drilling (Tas) Pty Ltd, Wynyard, Tasmania from 14-02-1994.
This was cancelled on 13-11-1997 for its return to NZ to become ZK-HTJ2 with Alf Speight of Westport. 
Seven operators later it was with Argus Helicopters Ltd from 18-10-2016 and they re-registered it as ZK-HIM3 on 28-10-2016.
Its current operator, Cloudy Bay Helicopters Ltd took control from 15-03-2017

Hughes 369D ZK-HOS3 c/n 1187D is a recent addition to our register having been listed to Phoenix Trading 2002 Ltd of Christchurch on 25-04-2024.

Built I believe in 1982 and moved to Sweden to become SE-HMN then to Norway as LN-OMT. It was allocated SE-HRK in Aprill 1986 but this was not taken up and it became LN-OPM. In mid 1989 it did become SE-HRK but was damaged during a training exercise.
Partially repaired it was exported to the USA and was allocated N493ES to Eastern Shore Helicopter Inc of Labelle, Florida. 
This US registration was cancelled on 18-10-2019.
Next it was noted during February 2023 at the earlier Hughes 500 Hanmer fly as a bare airframe on a trailer.
Its return to the air was completed by Argus Aviation at Motueka.
