Question time.

In the Christchurch Press on Saturday there was a full page spread 
on the Mayfield Emporium.

Below is an extract from that article.
Can anybody spread more light on this museum and DC-3 ?

    Hi Dave saw that item too . Have visited that emporium oncea long time ago . No aero plane parts there then . But yes assume it was a fuse and wings only . Any one know the museum it came from .or it,s ID . ?

    It is reportedly ex Ashburton Aviation Museum ! No further details known.
