Bell 47J-2 Ranger ZK-HGI
Making for a pleasant surprise at Sunday's Warbirds Open Day at Ardmore was Kiwi Kopters "vintage" Bell 47J-2 Ranger ZK-HGI. This machine came onto the NZ registered in summer 2008 and has been painted to represent those used by Helicopters (NZ) Ltd.
The operator's Bell 47 ZK-ICJ was also operating from the same location carrying out an extremely popular scenic flight option.

Nothing to do with Kiwi Kopters anymore. Both Bell 47s are now operated by HFT Ltd.
