Ardmore based Helisika operates AS350B2 Squirrel ZK-HOP/3 on all manner of tasks and today it was employed lifting mangroves from next to Auckland’s Southern Motorway near Papakura and flying them around 500m to an open area for mulching as local authorities attempt to rid a small inlet of the invasive tree.
