Another short Friday Pie Run

A very rewarding visit to Christchurch Helicopters this morning produced the following photographs.

Aerospatiale AS 355 F2 ZK-HUQ3 c/n 5512 Twin Squirrel was originally listed as ZK-HLI6 with CHL Investments Ltd of Christchurch on 20-11-2012 following import from the Czech Republic. A week later it was re-registered as ZK-HUQ3. From 20-03-2013 it was listed to Pacific Helicopters Ltd and then to Christchurch Helicopters 2001 Ltd on 02-03-2015.

This Airbus AS 350 B3e (H125 B3e) c/n 7721 arrived new in NZ for Helicopters Queenstown Ltd and became ZK-IDT on 22-01-2014 with a name change to Helicopters Queenstown 2020 Ltd from 24-02-2022. It was re-registered to ZK-HDQ3 on 04-07-2023 to allow the IDT letters to go to their recently acquired BK117 C-2 (ex ZK-IGN).
As ZK-HDQ it was noted on the Christchurch Helicopters pad on 27-07-2023 - see post below for that date. It was re-registered again on the 28th as ZK-HUO3 and is seen above in their hangar today.
I expect we will see an ownership change very soon.
